Ink is honest — it doesn't guess, and it doesn't fix mistakes. We print exactly what you upload. If your file is clean, you get a retail-quality transfer that turns heads. Let's make sure that's the one you get.
Look twice, order once — make sure your artwork checks all four boxes.
Flat white or checkered backgrounds get printed. Real transparency keeps your design clean on any garment color.
Don't design small and stretch later. If it prints 10 inches wide, build it at 10 inches wide (or larger) from the start.
Our printers run wide-gamut ink. CMYK files dull your colors down — keep it RGB to keep it vibrant.
Zoom to 300% on screen. If edges look fuzzy or melty, they'll look worse on fabric. Clean edges = clean prints.
The cause: low-res web images, or stretching a tiny file into a large print.
The fix: always start from a large, high-resolution master file and size down, never up.
The cause: AI tools show a checkered "transparent" background, but the download is a flat JPEG with the checkerboard baked in. We will print that checkerboard.
The fix: ask the AI for a flat white or black background, then remove it properly in design software and save as a transparent PNG.
The cause: line work thinner than 2 pixels.
The fix: fabric has texture and ink spreads. Give fine lines some muscle so they survive the press.
The cause: fake transparency or huge empty margins around your art.
The fix: crop tight to the artwork edges. Empty space is blank film you pay for — and it breaks auto-sizing. Check for hidden pixels on a pure black background.
